The pasta is homemade by an Italian Chef who delivers fresh pasta every day. The fresh meat is coming from Australia and the fish comes from our Fishing Charter Nolimit.mu that’s bring fresh fish every day. We always blood the fish before we put it on ice. This gives the best quality you could get on the Island. The same fish could also be bought at our gourmet shop at Clos du Littoral, Culinary Secrets.
Our mixologists will serve you our signature cocktails, which represent the 5 Villages of Cinque Terre. Our bar provides all types of drinks and cocktails.
